Dendrobium intricatum is a large plant which is native to Thailand, Cambodia and Vietnam. The pseudobulbs are often swollen on the base, pendulous, and can grow quite large. They are semi-decidious, which means they will shed their leaves after 1 or two years. the short inflorescences are produced on leafless canes, and bear 2 to 5 pink flowers with a white lip.

Grow these plants in bright light, intermediate temperatures and even watering all lyear round, with a somehow drier winter rest, but do not allow your plants to dry out completely.

Plants provided as nearly flowering sized plants in an 8 cm pot.
