Bulbophyllum ambrosia is a small species that is found in China, Hong Kong and Vietnam, where it grows in evergreen and semi-decidious forests at low elevations of up to 1300 metres. The small, elongated pseudobulbs are spaced out on a long growing, creeping rhyzome. The pleasantly fragrant flowers are borne on thin inflorescences through Winter.
Grow this plants in intermediate temperatures, with bright light and plenty of humidity.
