Delivery Information

Due to the recent changes introduced by Royal Mail for their postage of parcels, it is currently not cost effective for us to use their service. From May 2013 any orders within the UK will be sent using our courier, as their prices are much more competitive, meaning that we can keep our postage prices low for you. For orders being posted outside the UK, please email us first for a quote.



However, here at Phalaenopsis and More we want our customers to have as much choice as possible, with a range of services to suit you and your daily schedule, so if you would preffer your plants to be sent using Royal Mail, please email us first to ask for a quote.



I attend various shows and orchid societies as a trader and speaker, so it might be possible to collect plants from me directly, upon prior arranglement, if I am travelling to a society or show near you. Ask me for details of upcoming shows or societies where I have been invited to talk in the near future.

Whilst we aim to ensure that your plants arrive to you in prime condition, we have no control over them once they leave us.


If your parcel is lost or damaged during transit, contact us and we will put a claim with Royal Mail on your behalf. However, if you have chosen to have your plants sent 1st class, claims are not guaranteed to be succesful or to achieve a full refund.


If a product is damaged upon arrival we will exchange it, you will need to send the product back to us with a photo of the damage. If you are not happy with any item this may be returned to us for a full refund minus postage both ways, unless the item is faulty then you will be sent a replacement at no cost to yourself, stock permitting.
